I can work with you as a personal coach to:

• identify the areas of your life which are currently fulfilling
• determine any changes you’d like to make
• form strategies which are unique to you that will take you where you want to go
• support you as you make these changes and attain your goals

I generally coach over the phone in 50 minute sessions, three times per month. Additionally the coaching fee acts as a retainer for you to contact me at any time by email or other short phone calls as needed. My fee for these services is $180.00 per month.

There are other options involving different times and combinations of phone and email. Fees can be arranged for these on an individual basis.
